For many years we have been a ‘well kept secret’ - providing dedicated residential property management for a small number of Landlords. Some of our Landlords are local, some are overseas or have moved away from the area. All of them need, want and get the assurance of receiving their rent payments on time without the difficulty of keeping abreast of legal requirements or dealing continuously with niggling repairs and maintenance.
