To reserve the property and take it off the open market - £300

This sum is fully offset against your first month’s rent UNLESS satisfactory references are not received OR you change your mind about renting the property.

To cover cost of referencing and drawing up of Agreement - £75

This sum is per applicant/named tenant on the agreement.

To cover cost of guarantor referencing for student/low earner - £50
